These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and jiligamea ("jiligamea", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jiligamea platform available at jiligamea.asia. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one jiligamea account. If jiligamea determines that you hold or have held more than one account, jiligamea reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void any bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.
jiligamea may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal or at any other time deemed necessary. Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card) and proof of address. jiligamea will process verification documents in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
All jiligamea accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your jiligamea login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any third party.
jiligamea will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jiligamea immediately via the live chat support function. jiligamea may temporarily suspend your account while any security investigation is conducted.
jiligamea will never ask you to provide your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from jiligamea that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the jiligamea support team.
jiligamea accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and Visa/Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the cashier page and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your jiligamea account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
jiligamea does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from third-party accounts may be reversed and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. jiligamea aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the Help Centre, though processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
jiligamea reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be delayed or withheld if jiligamea has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
jiligamea monitors all financial transactions on the platform in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. By using the jiligamea platform, you consent to this monitoring activity.
jiligamea offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry dates.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jiligamea platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jiligamea platform without the prior written consent of jiligamea.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiligamea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
jiligamea's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiligamea account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jiligamea does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jiligamea will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
jiligamea collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on jiligamea, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiligamea is committed to promoting responsible gaming. jiligamea reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if jiligamea determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, or if jiligamea is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
You may close your jiligamea account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines in respect of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
jiligamea reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jiligamea will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the jiligamea platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 14 above.
